Description of CME Course
The FMA Leadership Academy is a premier professional development program consisting of five in-person workshops designed to help emerging physician leaders sharpen their non-clinical skills to successfully navigate modern healthcare. Our workshop facilitators deliver content related to leadership abilities, emotional intelligence, persuasive communication, building a healthy workplace culture, problem solving and managing change, and cultivating professional presence. This comprehensive program is intended for all specialists, particularly emerging physicians, who are seeking leadership positions within their own workplaces and/or professional organizations.
